U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) recently appeared on The Ingraham Angle, where he discussed various pressing issues including the influx of Venezuelan criminals, the values of working-class Americans, the anti-male bias in society, and the need to divest ByteDance from TikTok.
Rubio expressed his concern about Venezuelan criminals entering the country illegally, stating, "These guys are gang members, and they’re criminals, not because they’re Venezuelan, but because they’re criminals. If they’re in the country illegally, it’s insulting to the country."
He also touched upon the shift of working-class Americans towards the Republican Party, emphasizing, "You see a great sorting out that’s happening, where working-class Americans that have working-class values... are gravitating away from the Democratic Party."
Discussing the anti-male bias in national institutions, Rubio highlighted, "Every attribute that is a male attribute, from the time they’re little boys, is demonized... all of those things are under attack in mass media, in education, and across society."
Rubio underscored the importance of divesting ByteDance from TikTok due to national security concerns, stating, "We have to divest ByteDance from TikTok."
Regarding the likelihood of the House ByteDance divestiture bill passing the Senate, Rubio acknowledged the challenges, saying, "I hope we can get it passed. I think if you put it up to a vote, it would pass. But the real impediment here is procedural... It’s an uphill climb, but it’s something that needs to happen."
Rubio's appearance on The Ingraham Angle shed light on these critical issues, sparking discussions on national security, cultural values, and the future of technology platforms like TikTok.
