Congressman John Rutherford is excited to announce the launch of the annual Congressional Art Competition for high school students residing in Florida's 5th Congressional District. The deadline for submissions is May 3, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. Entries must be delivered to Congressman Rutherford's district office in Jacksonville, FL. All submissions will be reviewed by a panel of local art professionals.
