U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) recently appeared on The Sean Hannity Show to discuss the mass migration crisis and the various factors that have contributed to it. Rubio highlighted the unsustainable national debt and the rising cost of living as major issues facing the country. He also expressed concern about the invasion happening at the southern border.

Rubio criticized the Biden Administration for its failures in handling the immigration crisis. He pointed out that President Biden made the decision to release virtually every single adult that comes to the United States illegally across the border, which has never happened before in American history. Rubio also highlighted Biden's moratorium on deportation and the reversal of Trump's immigration policies as contributing factors to the surge of illegal immigration.

The senator emphasized the national security threat posed by America's open borders. He mentioned that terrorist groups like ISIS, al-Qaeda, Hezbollah, and Hamas are aware of the opportunities provided by the porous southern border. Rubio raised concerns about the potential for a major security incident and questioned why the government is prioritizing other countries over its own security.

Rubio further criticized the Senate immigration bill, particularly the creation of an asylum corps that grants immediate work permits and asylum to those who show up at the border. He argued that this loophole would allow for the potential abuse of the system and would not improve the current migration problem.

Regarding ongoing immigration negotiations, Rubio clarified that he never asked for a bill. He stated that he wanted Biden to reverse his executive orders that created the crisis. Rubio expressed disappointment that the proposed bill contained provisions that would change the asylum standard but also included the problematic asylum corps.

Rubio also addressed the Hur report investigating President Biden, which concluded that a crime was committed but prosecution was unlikely due to concerns about Biden's age-related dementia. He questioned the argument that Biden should not be charged if he does not have dementia.

In addition, Rubio criticized the hypocrisy surrounding the handling of classified documents. He noted that while Biden's mishandling of documents in his garage went largely unnoticed, Trump was targeted despite no allegations of harm. Rubio expressed concern about the impact on public confidence in the judicial system.

Overall, Rubio's appearance on The Sean Hannity Show shed light on his concerns about the immigration crisis, border security, and the failures of the Biden Administration. He called for a stronger focus on national security and questioned the effectiveness of proposed immigration legislation.
