U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) recently appeared on a show hosted by Larry Kudlow to discuss various issues, including the double standards applied to President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump, Biden's hostility towards Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, and the escalating tensions between China and Taiwan.

Rubio pointed out the double standard in how Biden and Trump were treated in regards to mishandling classified documents. He highlighted the fact that Trump was charged, while Biden was not. He also mentioned the double standards in attacking special prosecutors, where attacking Robert Hur was permissible but attacking Jack Smith was deemed unacceptable. Rubio questioned the decision not to charge Biden, stating, "He either has dementia, or he should have been charged with a crime."

Regarding Trump's NATO comments, Rubio clarified that Trump did not destroy NATO during his presidency. He explained that Trump was expressing frustration with NATO allies not contributing enough, which is a common complaint among presidents. Rubio emphasized that Trump's communication style may be different from traditional politicians, but it does not change the fact that Biden's hostility towards Netanyahu during a time of war undermines an ally.

Rubio accused Biden of appeasing the radical anti-Israel elements within his base by leaking information and making derogatory comments about Netanyahu. He highlighted the White House's efforts to meet with supporters of Hamas and Hezbollah to address concerns within their base. Rubio criticized the administration for betraying Israel and trying to appease radical elements within their own party.

On the topic of the Senate foreign aid package, Rubio expressed concerns about the prioritization of other countries over the needs of everyday Americans. He stated that Americans are tired of being told they are second and want their priorities to be given more importance. Rubio acknowledged the importance of supporting Ukraine in its conflict with Russia but also emphasized the need to prioritize the needs of American citizens.

Finally, Rubio discussed the escalating tensions between China and Taiwan. He warned that a conflict over Taiwan is likely to occur before the end of the decade, as Chinese President Xi Jinping has made it clear that he intends to take over Taiwan. Rubio stressed the importance of deterring China's ambitions and buying time to prevent a potential conflict.

In his interview with Kudlow, Senator Marco Rubio touched on various topics, shedding light on the double standards in the treatment of Biden and Trump, criticizing Biden's hostility towards Netanyahu, and expressing concerns about the escalating tensions between China and Taiwan. Rubio's insights provide valuable perspectives on these important issues.
