City of Atlantic Beach issued the following announcement.
PUBLIC NOTICE
The City Commissioners of Atlantic Beach seeks comments from their citizens pertaining to plans to submit a grant application to the State of Florida, Department of Economic Opportunity, in pursuit of U.S. HUD funding.

| What will Grant $ be used for? | To implement the water system computer model and piping improvements to the potable water distribution system, based on the 2016 model report and capital improvement plan, which will provide adequate flow for fire protection in critical areas. |
