The U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) has announced a plea deal agreement with three men involved in the planning of the 9/11 terrorist attacks against the United States. Under no condition should our nation be negotiating with terrorists who killed thousands of Americans.

U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) released a statement regarding this decision by the DoD.

“Everything the Biden-Harris Administration does projects weakness to our enemies. Their decision to cut a plea deal with Khalid Sheikh Muhammad, mastermind of the September 11th terrorist attacks, is reprehensible and an affront to the memories of the thousands of innocent Americans we promised to never forget.

“The continued weakness of the Biden-Harris Administration will only embolden our enemies and invite more aggression by those who seek to harm Americans on U.S. soil and abroad.”
