The Downtown Investment Authority (DIA) will host a community open house to gather public input on the design of a restaurant building in St. Johns River Park, located on Downtown Jacksonville’s Southbank. The event is scheduled for June 24, 2024.

The architectural design firm selected for the project will be present at the meeting, which will take place at the Jacksonville Public Library-Main Library in Downtown, located at 303 North Laura Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202. Attendees are advised to use the Laura Street entrance as the Main Street entrance will be closed.

Community members can attend the open house anytime between 4:30 and 6:30 pm to provide their input on the restaurant's design. Those unable to attend in person can submit feedback via email to DIAPublicComments@coj.net before the conclusion of the meeting.

Concept designs of St. Johns River Park will be displayed during the open house to provide context for the restaurant location; however, park design will not be discussed at this meeting.

For further inquiries regarding this notice, individuals may contact Sheri Webber at (904) 255-5004 or sheriw@coj.net.
