Senior Tai Chi classes

Tai Chi is a gentle, slow-moving mind-body exercise. Practicing Tai Chi improves balance, flexibility, and strength, reduces stress, and helps to prevent falls. Tai Chi is open to everyone. For information, email recreation@coab.us or call (904) 247-5828.
