Building success through Bridge to Employment at Englewood High School

2

It was an experience like none other: a group of excited Englewood High School students spending the day immersed in a world of hands-on STEM activities at the Florida State College at Jacksonville.

The experience comes thanks to Bridge to Employment (BTE), a program that “helps build solid futures by introducing a broad array of careers in the STEM2D sectors and providing enhanced academic and real-world experiences.”

The BTE program at Englewood High School was launched in 2021 with the help of the following partners:

  • Johnson & Johnson Vision
  • Florida State College Jacksonville
  • Communities in Schools Jacksonville
  • FHI 360
Watch the video above for an inside look at how BTE is impacting Team Duval students. Visit the Johnson & Johnson Vision BTW webpage to learn more about the program at Englewood High School.
