University of North Florida recently issued the following announcement.
The University of North Florida proudly announced record numbers today for its annual crowdfunding event which ended just before midnight. In celebration of the University’s 50th anniversary, the 50-Hour Giving Challenge raised an impressive $1,646,685 from more than 2,550 generous donors.
Alumni, faculty, staff, students, parents and friends joined together to support various UNF scholarships, academic success programs, research efforts, athletics, and countless student support initiatives including the Lend-A-Wing food pantry and the UNF Counseling Center. Ospreys from around the globe united to “Swoop” together to support UNF students!
