City of Atlantic Beach issued the following announcement on March 1.
The Feb. 28 City Commission meeting kicked off with a presentation of the City of Jacksonville Environmental Protection Board 2021 Government/Institutional Award to the City of
Atlantic Beach "for leadership of the municipal government and dedication of its citizens in protecting their rich environmental heritage and addressing the pressing challenges of
climate change."
Environmental Stewardship Committee Chair Mark Gabrynowicz presented the award to the Commission
