City of Jacksonville issued the following announcement on Sept. 13.
The Hazouri family will be accepting guests for viewing of the Honorable Tommy Hazouri, Sr. on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. in the Legacy Lodge
Event Center at Hardage-Giddens Oaklawn located at 4801 San Jose Blvd., Jacksonville, FL, 32207.
Services are scheduled for Thursday, September 16, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at the Mandarin Presbyterian Church located at 11844 Mandarin Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32223.
We ask that you keep his family in prayer, send words of comfort, and sympathy.
Information about the Celebration of Former Mayor Hazouri’s Public Service to the City of Jacksonville will be shared at a later date.
