Jacksonville hosts World of Nations Celebration featuring diverse global cultures

The City of Jacksonville is preparing to host the 33rd annual World of Nations Celebration. The event will take place on Saturday, February 22, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Sunday, February 23, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Tailgaters Parking located at 225 Talleyrand Ave., Jacksonville, FL.

Tickets for the event are available online in advance for $9 plus tax and fees for all ages. Children aged three and under can attend for free. Tickets purchased at the gate will cost $13 plus tax for ages four to seventeen and $15 plus tax for adults aged eighteen and over. The event will only accept cashless transactions through major credit/debit cards and tap-to-pay options.

Parking lots managed by ASM (C, D, J) will be open one hour before the event starts each day with a fee of $10 per vehicle via cashless payment methods. Tailgaters Parking Lots will charge $10 in cash or $13 via credit per vehicle.

Road closures due to the event include Talleyrand Avenue eastbound through Duval Street from Friday, February 21 at noon until Sunday, February 23 at midnight; Bryan Street from E. Duval Street through E. Adams Street daily between February 21-23 from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; and Duval Street from Talleyrand Avenue through Bryan Street on Saturday and Sunday during the same hours.

This year's celebration features participation from thirty-five nations such as Argentina, Bahamas, Brazil, Cambodia, Colombia among others including Venezuela.
