U.S. Senator Marco Rubio's office has announced the upcoming Mobile Office Hours to be held next week. The office hours will cater to constituents in need of assistance with federal casework issues in various local communities. According to a statement from Senator Rubio's office, these sessions aim to provide a convenient way for constituents who are not near one of the senator's regional offices to receive the necessary help.
The schedule for the in-person Mobile Office Hours is as follows:
On Tuesday, April 2, 2024, the sessions will be held in Sarasota County and Miami-Dade County. In Sarasota County, the office hours will take place from 10:00 am to 11:30 am EDT at the William H. Jervey, Jr. Venice Library. Meanwhile, in Miami-Dade County, constituents can visit the Stephen P. Clark Government Center from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm EDT.
The following day, Wednesday, April 3, 2024, sessions will be held in St. Johns County and Collier County. In St. Johns County, constituents can visit the St. Johns County UF/IFAS Extension Office from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm EDT. In Collier County, the office hours will take place at the Marco Island Library from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm EDT.
On Thursday, April 4, 2024, the Mobile Office Hours will be available in Hillsborough County at the SouthShore Regional Library from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm EDT.
Friday, April 5, 2024, will see the Mobile Office Hours being held in Gilchrist County, Glades County, and Polk County. In Gilchrist County, constituents can visit the Gilchrist County Public Library from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm EDT. In Glades County, the sessions will be at Moore Haven City Hall from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm EDT. In Polk County, the office hours will take place at Angels 4 Kids and Families from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm EDT.
The Mobile Office Hours will conclude on Saturday, April 6, 2024, in Escambia County at the VA Benefits Fair from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm CDT.
For those unable to attend in person, Virtual Mobile Office Hours will be available on Monday, April 1, 2024, for Lafayette County and Levy County, on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, for Duval County and Okaloosa County, and on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, for Hamilton County.
