The resolution addresses various aspects of the Biden administration's immigration approach, including the suspension of asylum cooperative agreements with other countries, the mass release of illegal aliens into communities, and the failure to utilize expedited removal processes effectively. The resolution affirms that the Biden administration possesses the authority to implement measures such as ending catch-and-release policies, reinstating the Migrant Protection Protocols, entering into asylum cooperative agreements, detaining inadmissible aliens, utilizing expedited removal authority, and limiting taxpayer-funded benefits for illegal aliens.
