Senator Marco Rubio, representing Florida, recently spoke exclusively with Marilys Llanos of Telemundo 51 about a range of pressing issues, including the ongoing protests in Cuba, the situation in Venezuela, the crisis in Haiti, and more.

Rubio emphasized the importance of supporting the Cuban people and shedding light on the reality within Cuba. He stated, "What happens in Cuba is very simple: Marxism does not work. Marxism always leads to poverty and suffering."

Regarding the protests in Cuba, Rubio highlighted the need to continue backing the Cuban population and exposing the regime's actions. He also pointed out the failures of Marxism in countries like Cuba, Venezuela, and Nicaragua, attributing their struggles to socialist and Marxist ideologies.

On the situation in Venezuela, Rubio expressed concerns about the Maduro regime's attempts to manipulate elections and suppress opposition voices. He stressed the necessity of imposing sanctions and maintaining a firm stance against the authoritarian government in Venezuela.

Addressing the chaos at the US-Mexico border, Rubio criticized President Biden's policies, stating, "The chaos was created by the executive actions of President Biden, and the solution is to change those measures and return to the border policies of the previous administration, which were under control."

Turning to the crisis in Haiti, Rubio outlined his priorities, including assisting American citizens in Haiti and supporting the Dominican Republic in managing potential mass migrations from its neighboring country.

Regarding the presence of the criminal group Tren de Aragua in the US, Rubio called for designating the group as a criminal organization to enable appropriate legal actions against its members.

Senator Marco Rubio's comprehensive insights and strategic recommendations underscore the complex challenges facing nations like Cuba, Venezuela, and Haiti, urging decisive actions to address these critical issues.
