WASHINGTON, D.C. - Senator Rick Scott has criticized President Biden's weakness and appeasement of evil regimes in an op-ed published on Fox News. According to Scott, Biden's failure to deter Iranian-backed terrorist proxies like the Houthis and Hamas has led to ongoing attacks in the Red Sea, Israel, and globally.

Scott argues that America is weak under President Biden, and this weakness is evident in various areas of concern. He points to the open border, land war in Europe, attacks on Israel, and the watchful eyes of tyrants like Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin. Scott believes that the conflict in the Red Sea is a clear demonstration of this weakness.

The increasing number of attacks by the Houthi militia in the Red Sea is a matter of great concern for every American family. Scott emphasizes that these attacks pose a significant problem because many vessels critical to world trade pass through this area. Companies now face a difficult decision - either navigate through a dangerous area or choose a longer, more expensive route that will lead to delays and increased costs for customers.

Scott attributes these challenges to the permissiveness shown towards terrorists and their sponsors, particularly Iran. He argues that this permissiveness has resulted in more violence, less security, and serious consequences for American families, ranging from the price of goods to their safety overseas. Scott goes as far as to say that Biden's weakness is pushing America towards World War III.

The senator believes that the U.S., along with capable partners, should have taken action to stymie these attacks before they began. Scott suggests that Biden should have emulated the Trump administration's approach by acting quickly to show U.S. strength and deter ongoing attacks. However, he criticizes Biden for his refusal to do so, pointing to his weak leadership and inability to bring allies together in times of conflict.

Scott asserts that the U.S. must lead the free world in deterring bad actors but should not do it alone. He commends the United Kingdom for joining the United States in retaliatory strikes and calls on South Korea, Japan, and India to do the same. He cites President Ronald Reagan's belief in "Peace through Strength" and George Washington's advice to prepare for war to ensure security and sovereignty.

Given Biden's track record of lawlessness at the southern border and ineptitude in international affairs, Scott doubts that this administration will effectively engage and deter enemies like the previous administration did. He argues that American strength will only be respected again when Biden is out of the White House and Trump is re-elected.

In conclusion, Senator Rick Scott's op-ed highlights President Biden's weakness and its consequences in the ongoing conflicts in the Red Sea. Scott calls for stronger leadership, multilateral cooperation, and decisive action to deter and eradicate terrorism.
