Paid parking for the 2023 season has begun! It started on March 17 and goes through October 29, 2023.

Paid parking rates do NOT apply to Jacksonville Beach residents that have registered for the Resident Parking program. To register for this program, click here. (If you have registered in the past, you do not need to register again!)

Paid Parking Information

Days

Paid parking program days are Friday through Sunday, special events, and select holidays.

Hours

Paid parking program hours are 8 pm on Friday until 2 am. Saturday; 10 am. Saturday until 2 am. Sunday; and 10 am Sunday until midnight.

Locations

Paid parking locations are the following: 14 1st Street North (Latham Plaza); 422 1st Street North; 503 1st Street North (Pier); and 450 2nd Street North.

Regular Costs

Costs for paid parking are $3 for the first two hours and $1 per hour for each additional hour, with a maximum of $7. City of Jacksonville Beach residents park for free if they have registered their license plates with the Jacksonville Beach Police Department.

Holidays / Special Events

Costs for holidays and special events are $12 flat rate for Springing the Blues weekend, Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, Labor Day weekend, and Beaches Oktoberfest Weekend. Note - If the 4th of July falls on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, the $12 flat rate is for that date only.

Pay Kiosks

There are three pay-kiosks in the Pier lot at 503 1st Street North; three kiosks are located in the Latham Plaza Lot at 14 1st Street North, two kiosks in the lot at 422 1st Street North, and one kiosk is located in the lot at 450 2nd Street North.

No cash is accepted at kiosks. Payments are made via credit/debit card, and all major cards are accepted. Step-by-step instructions for using kiosks are located on each unit. Please report malfunctioning kiosks to the SP Plus ambassador located in the parking lot(s) or by phone at 904-356-9841.

Additionally, payments may be made via a mobile phone application, "ParkMobile," so you do not have to stand in line. If you do not have a smartphone, call 866-727-5312 to use the application. "Flowbird" is another application that can be used and accessed here. If you prefer to pay by texting, text 72938 to 201-379-2616.
