Montgomery, Alabama-For the second consecutive year, the Edward Waters baseball program will compete for a national championship at the 2022 Tyson Foods Black College World Series.

The double-elimination tournament will be held from May 11th-May 15th at Riverwalk Stadium, home of the Montgomery Biscuits, the Double-A affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays.

The tournament will feature eight of the best NAIA and NCAA Division II HBCU baseball programs in the country. Joining the Purple & Orange in Montgomery in the NAIA bracket are rival Florida Memorial, Rust College, and former A. I. I. and GCAC rival Talladega College.
