The Sunstate Academy-Jones Technical Institute enrolls 307 undergrads

At the Sunstate Academy-Jones Technical Institute, 52 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 94 percent are male, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The two-year private not-for-profit institution in Jacksonville enrolled 307 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 0.3 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

94 percent of undergraduates are residents of Florida, and 6 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (57 percent) and Black or African American (24 percent).
