WASHINGTON, D.C. – Senator Rick Scott released a weekly update on his efforts to address the debt crisis and rising inflation in the United States. According to Scott, "Bidenomics" has led to increased prices for food, rent, fuel, and electricity for American families. He stated that President Biden's handling of the economy has been a failure from day one, with inflation spiraling out of control: the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rose by 20.1% and the Producer Price Index (PPI) by 19.2%.

Senator Scott has been distributing weekly pamphlets to his colleagues and office visitors to provide an economic summary. This week, Scott's "Breaking Down Bidenomics" pamphlet focused on unaffordable housing, household debt, credit card delinquencies, and the general sentiment of renters losing hope due to what he terms as Bidenomics' agenda.

Since being elected to the U.S. Senate, Senator Scott has repeatedly called for action to address America's debt crisis and the harmful effects of inflation.
