GA Food Service, Inc. in Fort Myers, Florida was inspected by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on July 1 for foodborne biological hazards and received two citations, according to data posted on the FDA’s official website.

The FDA website indicates that the citations were delivered to the company as follows:

‘You did not make and keep written records of calibrations, inspections, or checks of automated, mechanical, or electronic equipment.’

‘Your controls records were not reviewed within specified timeframes.’
