Jacksonville University baseball announced its 2023 schedule on Monday.

The Dolphins open the campaign with nine-straight games at home, part of a slate that features 34 total at John Sessions Stadium, including non-conference home games against the likes of Florida and Florida State and concluding the regular season by hosting North Florida in the River City Rumble.

The season begins with a series against Kent State, with opening night on Friday, Feb. 17 at 6 p.m. The Seminoles come to town the following Tuesday and Siena visits for a four-game series before the season-opening homestand concludes with a midweek matchup against the Gators.

Weekend home series continue against Southeastern Louisiana and Bradley before ASUN Conference play begins the weekend of March 17 with the Dolphins traveling to Lipscomb for the first time since 2018. The first-ever conference matchup vs. Central Arkansas takes place at home the following weekend, followed by a trip to FGCU.

Eastern Kentucky visits John Sessions Stadium Easter Weekend, with Austin Peay, Bellarmine and the Ospreys all traveling to JU as well. Road series include Jacksonville State, Kennesaw State and Stetson.

JU has non-conference midweek tests against Miami, Georgia Southern, Bethune-Cookman and Dartmouth on top of the regular high-major in-state rivals Florida and Florida State.
