Aaron Bean, U.S. Congressman representing Florida’s 4th district since 2023, has called for swift passage of the SAVE America Act in a series of posts on X (formerly Twitter) emphasizing the importance of election integrity and limiting voting rights to American citizens.
On February 11, 2026, Bean posted: “Free, fair, and secure elections are the foundation of our Republic. Protecting them is not optional. Let’s pass the SAVE America Act without delay!”
Continuing his advocacy later that evening, Bean wrote on February 12, 2026: “If you are not an American, you do not get to vote in American elections. That’s why the @HouseGOP passed the SAVE America Act.”
In a subsequent post on February 12, he addressed Senators Mike Lee and John Thune directly: “You’re up @SenMikeLee and @LeaderJohnThune. The American people demand election integrity. Let’s get this DONE!”
Bean currently serves as the congressional representative for Florida’s 4th district after succeeding John Rutherford in 2023. He previously served in both chambers of Florida’s legislature—first in the House from 2000 to 2008 and then in the Senate from 2012 to 2022 ([source](https://www.flsenate.gov/Senators/s4?pref=full)). Born in Fernandina Beach, Florida in 1967 and a graduate of Jacksonville University with a Bachelor of Science degree earned in 1989, Bean continues to reside in his hometown.
