Aaron Bean, a U.S. Congressman representing Florida’s 4th district, recently shared details on Twitter about “The One Big Beautiful Bill.” The bill appears to be focused on border security and family tax benefits.

On June 19, 2025, Aaron Bean tweeted that “The One Big Beautiful Bill will finish President Trump’s border wall!” According to the tweet, the bill aims to construct 701 miles of primary wall, 900 miles of river barriers, 629 miles of secondary barriers, and 141 miles of vehicle and pedestrian barriers.

Later that day, Bean posted another tweet highlighting additional provisions of the bill. He stated that “The One Big Beautiful Bill boosts Border Patrol and ICE agents on the frontlines with the largest border security investment in history.” This includes funding for hiring 10,000 new ICE personnel, 5,000 new customs officers, and 3,000 new Border Patrol agents.

In a subsequent tweet on June 19th as well, Bean mentioned a financial aspect of the bill. He wrote that “The One Big Beautiful Bill increases the child tax credit to $2,500 per family.”

Aaron Bean has been serving in Congress since replacing John Rutherford in 2023. Prior to his current role in Congress, he served in the Florida House of Representatives from 2000 to 2008 and in the Florida Senate from 2012 to 2022. Born in Fernandina Beach in 1967 and a graduate of Jacksonville University with a BS degree obtained in 1989, Bean continues to reside in his hometown.
